As the project manager, you are a team player with a willingness to learn to do things the “Clouse Way.” You are able to influence your coworkers in a positive way, using your past work experience and expert insights. You have previous experience as a Construction Project Manager and Estimator and feel confident about all aspects of this unique but vital role of the team. If you have past work experience in a public job, that’s a bonus!

Job Responsibilities

In this role, the Project Manager will develop a thorough understanding of projects; determine cost factors; prepare material and labor cost estimates; develop and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships; manage and coordinate vendor and subcontractor bids and contracts; present proposals to customers and sell the job; establish project schedules; and manage project completion and quality outcome.
